I hold a Bachelor of Law degree from Baghdad University (1988-1989). With over 26 years of legal and judicial experience, I began my career in 1991 as a lawyer and joined the judiciary in 2001, achieving first-class judge status.

I served in various courts, including Pishdar, Ranya, and Dukan, and gained expertise in legislative processes during my tenure as a member of the Iraqi House of Representatives and the Legal Committee (2014-2018). Recognized for my dedication to justice and law, I have contributed to monitoring and drafting impactful legislation for the Kurdistan Region.
